Famed pastry chef Dominique Ansel is set to launch his latest site in London.
He’s caused mad queues in New York and his Belgravia bakery is always busy thanks to crazy popular dishes like the banana paella, the chocolate chip cookie shot and of course, the iconic cronut. Now Dominique Ansel is expanding his empire with a second London location opening in Covent Garden this February.
Located on quaint Floral Street, the new concept will offer a menu that celebrates and showcases the pastry foundations and artisanal techniques that pastry chefs do best – from flaky puff pastry to delicate handmade pasta, short crusts for pies and tarts, fresh-baked breads, and more.
Treehouse will open February 2020. For more information, visit dominiqueanseltreehouse.com
